About Shipping cost

Delivery to Japan

If you order both in-stock and pre-ordered items together, they will be shipped when they are all available. For the convenience of the customer, if you wish to ship more than two times, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs after the second shipment.

In Japan：360 yen

Delivery to overseas

Overseas delivery is limited to some of the following countries and regions. For a total weight of 500g or less (about 2 items per item), it will be shipped by EMS at the following shipping rates. Due to the impact of the new coronavirus infection and other factors, the countries/regions where we are unable to handle the products may change.

About Payment Methods

Credit card payment and GMO later payment are accepted.

Credit Card Payment

The store accepts credit card payments through GMO Epsilon's payment service. We also accept credit card payments via shopify payments.

When you select "Credit Card" on the "Shipping and Payment" screen, a form for entering your credit card number and other information will appear. Please enter the card number, security code, card expiration date, and card name on your card (the security code can usually be found on the back of the card). Once the process is complete, a completion email will be sent to you, and as soon as we receive confirmation, we will send out a shipping notice email and then ship the item.

• You can rest assured that the charge to your credit card company will be made at the time the item is shipped.
• The credit card information you enter is secure and will not be shared with anyone. GMO Epsilon Corporation, which provides the same card service, cannot confirm the contents of the card.
• If you are unable to complete the credit process due to computer or browser problems, please contact us. We will send you an email with new instructions on how to proceed.

GMO later payment (in Japan only)

This is a postpaid payment service that allows you to pay from convenience stores, banks, and LINE Pay with an invoice that will be delivered to you within a week or so of receipt of the goods. Provided by GMO Payment Services.

About Delivery

It will be sent out at any time in the order in which it is ordered. You cannot specify a delivery date more than 11 days beyond the date of your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Personalized and reserved items will be shipped within a maximum of two months from the date of order.

Other products will be shipped within 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) in the order in which they are ordered.

About Shipping Vendors

For delivery to Japan, we use Kuroneko Yamato's Takkyubin Compact and Nekopos (Post-delivery service).

For overseas deliveries, it will be shipped by EMS.

Return and Exchange Policy

We do our best to make sure the product is perfect, but if you receive a defective product or a different product than you ordered, please call us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will exchange for a good product or refund. In addition, we will pay for any return shipping costs incurred in this case.

In addition, please do not return or exchange the following

• Once you've used
• Any scratches or stains caused by the customer's responsibility
• If more than 7 days have passed without any special reason after receipt of the goods

About Gifts

If it is a gift, it will be wrapped (330 yen including tax) and delivered to you.

In the Gift Use form, please let us know the name of the product you wish to be wrapped, wrap a single item, wrap two or more items together, etc. in an easy-to-understand manner. If you do not fill out the form, we will wrap the package together.

You can also send the goods directly to the recipient.

• Necessary or unnecessary for Noshi

Please let us know as well.

* For large items, we may use simple wrapping where only a portion of the product is wrapped. Please note that for large products, we may only wrap part of the product in a simple wrapping.
